A year after the earthquake that devastated Amatrice and Central Italy, Lives Rebuilt is meant to show people’s efforts to start their lives anew. We focused on three stories in different towns of Lazio to show how people reacted to the shock and the loss caused by the earthquake.

Every story is told with a long-read article, a 3-minute-long video and a photo reportage.

Lives Rebuilt was awarded the Premio Anello Debole 2018 for the best web documentary and the Premio Teletopi 2017 (University of Bologna) for the best video storytelling.
