In December 2018, I was asked to contribute to the Predictions for Journalism of the Nieman Lab (Harvard University). Each year, the Nieman Lab ask a selected group of people in journalism and digital media what they think is coming in the next 12 months.
For the 2019 edition of the Predictions for Journalism, I wrote about the possibility of creating a new relationship between media outlets and social networks, and the need for publishers to invest resources and focus on roles that can finally make a change in the way journalism approaches social media.
