In 2014 the Italian Ministry of Health published a report showing an increase of new cases of HIV. The city of Milan was especially hit, with 3 new infections every day. The Forgotten Disease is a short documentary focused on the reasons of this phenomenon, from the absence of prevention policies to the sexual revolution brought about by dating apps.
